You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for certain items, including but not limited to those with limited allotments and/or preorders, due to the fact that we must lock in quantities with our vendors. The only exception to this rule will be product damaged during shipping, which will be replaced if possible. If we are unable to replace the product due to limited quantities a full refund will be given. Orders to which this alternate return policy will be detailed in that product's description.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
Refunds and order cancellations are not allowed on certain products, including those with limited allotments and/or preorders, due to the fact that we must lock in quantities with our vendors. Orders to which this alternate refund policy will be detailed in that product's description.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
